COREY SMITH - LIARS LAUGHTER EXHIBITION -ART PICS We are super amped here @ Deadly Serious in having the opportunity to work with Corey Smith and Ambiguous Clothing in bringing Corey's infamous Liar's Laughter exhibition to the UK. The exhibition has already been previewed at the start of this year in London and Manchester, with a resounding response. And will now start a full tour of the UK, exhibiting in the finest street wear, fashion and skate stores around the UK. The Liar's Laughter exhibtion, Coreys Smith's first UK solo outing, will consist of very limited prints on canvas from Corey’s latest original paintings which offers his take on the Manufactured American Dream. Corey Smith is a painter and photographer, who resides in Portland, Oregon. Through his masterful use of contour, Smith’s high gloss ultra-flat paintings cleverly capture the joys of plasticity, absurd recreation, and the fall out of the pre-manufactured American Dream. Smith’s candid photographs are memorials to the joys of thoughtless reasoning. They celebrate the spontaneity of humanity and youthful self-destruction.
